She shows how each country, including Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, responded to the requirements and possibilities of each age. Doreen Yarwood has written a number of works on architectural and costume history. Previous titles include “Encyclopedia of Architecture”, “A Chronology of Western Architecture” and “The Architecture of Britain”.
