This issue of Quaderns presents several current examples of architecture that, envisioned as radical propositions, could be regarded as a link to the tradition of avant-garde manifestos. Works examined include experiences in-group living by Ricardo Bofill, a comparison between two libraries by Rem Koolhaas and Clorindo Testa, and an analysis on location in the works of Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue.
