描述

インスタレーションや個人住宅だけでなく公共建築の実施プロジェクトも動き出していた、2015年から取材を続けているo+hの設計プロセスの記録。「共感の流れ」を少しずつ太くしていくことで独特な「許容力のある空間」を生み出してきた軌跡を、「Good Job! Center KASHIBA」から最新の「さくらんぼ畑のオフィス」まで六つのプロジェクトに亘って紹介。現在では「愛される建築を目指して」と標榜している二人に、敢えて個別に「愛について」を語ってもらった、二川由夫による2本の新規インタヴューも収録。

This is a record of the design process of o+h, which has been documented since 2015 when their work began to expand beyond installations and private residences to include public architecture projects. By gradually strengthening the “flow of empathy,” o+h has created a trajectory of unique “spaces with tolerance.” The book introduces six projects, spanning from “Good Job! Center KASHIBA” to the latest “Office in the Cherry Orchard.” It also includes two new interviews by Yoshio Futagawa, where the two architects―who now aim for “beloved architecture”―individually discuss the topic of “love.”
