It is a production based on actions of rehabilitation, transformation, reuse of structures that always function as a motto for metamorphosis. JMR seeks to understand the invisible, to unravel the meaning of the fragments that always exist, to understand the autochthonous culture of the building, to reflect with poetic humility and erudition in the approach to the work, after all always new, performed with the same logic and delicate balance between neutral and exceptional. In fact, JMR has responded in a minority to rehabilitation orders. And the most interesting is the fact of working on the existing developing a unique and almost intimate sorcery about what is there to create, tenaciously the new. JMR has developed the privilege of exercising the act of rehabilitating responding to a great diversity of programs and pre-existences. From the rehabilitation of erudite architecture, to the rehabilitation of a timeless construction, from the rehabilitation of industrial structures to a rehabilitation made surprisingly through new work, the production of JMR is surprisingly and insistently as poetic as rigorous as vital as exceptional.
