Giuseppe Terragni ( 1904-1943 ) was an Italian architect who worked primarily under Mussolini’s fascist regime. He was one of the pioneers of the Italian modern movement described best as Rationalism, and one of the leaders of an artistic group called ‘astrattisti comaschi’
