描述
This issue of Blank tells a journey of discovery about the work of the Korean architect ByoungSoo Cho, founder of the BCHO Architects studio.
Thus, through this monograph, the sensitivity of this architectural study is made known, from the physical visit to a series of houses integrated into the landscape and whose abstraction acts in continuity with the nature in which it is inserted; houses, which under the name Earth Houses, configure the beginning of a process of analysis and materialization of exposed concrete architectures, conceived based on tradition and constructive experimentation.
BCHO Architects has its studio in Seoul city, in a multi-level building. His constant career and his attitude of exploration over thirty years of activity as an architect, combining profession and teaching in architecture schools in Korea, Europe and the United States, has made ByoungSoo Cho a prestigious architect in his country , not only verified by the prizes awarded but by the role that its architecture and urban planning in South Korea assumes.
