Co-living is a housing solution that is growing in popularity. Why is it attracting attention? What do we mean by ‘co-living’? And what can it contribute to our cities?
This booklet, by MVRDV, HUB and Bridges Fund Management, is a design study on co-living, looking at its potential from the scale of the private home to the scale of the city. Considering how co-living can help to create vibrant communities, with social spaciousness and unique homes for residents, this study also looks into the future challenges that our cities face, and how co-living can help to address them.
