This book includes hundreds of drawn and noted architectural details that can be copied onto self-adhesive vellum and directly applied to the drawing. The uniform drafting and lettering details can then be customized to fit the needs of commercial construction projects, resulting in a drawing that is indistinguishable from hand-rendering. Computerized offices can even direct-scan the illustrations into their CAD programs. The guide is divided into nine major sections, according to building construction types – for example, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and so on. It also includes information on electrical wiring, plumbing, doors, windows, interiors, fire walls and parking facilities.
