「卒業制作」は、建築設計を志す全国の若い世代の視点・表現を一冊に集成すべく、1984年より別冊号として刊行を継続してまいりました。現在では全国からの参加大学数100を超えるに至り、バックナンバーを振り返れば学生の意識や表現手法の変遷を読み解く、建築文化の記録にもなっています。
卒業制作は、学生が設計を通じて社会と自身との接点を自由に探る初めての機会。作者による「制作者のことば」からは自身の定めたテーマに取り組む中での苦闘と喜び、さまざまな問題提起・解決方策がみてとれます。また各校教授・講師からの「推薦のことば」、建築界の先覚より寄せられる巻頭のメッセージは、これから卒業制作に取り組む学生のみなさんに厳しくも暖かいアドバイスとなるはずです。
“Graduation production” has been published as a separate volume since 1984 in order to bring together the viewpoints and expressions of the younger generation nationwide who want to design architecture. Currently, the number of participating universities has exceeded 100 from all over the country, and if you look back on the back number, it is also a record of architectural culture, reading the changes in student awareness and expression methods.
Graduation production is the first opportunity for students to freely explore the point of contact between society and themselves through design.
